How long does Green Belt certification take?

Do I need Yellow Belt before Green Belt?
No. Green Belt has no prerequisite. We do encourage completing White Belt or Yellow Belt first, especially if you are new to Lean Six Sigma, because it makes the Green Belt material easier to apply.
Does Green Belt include a real project?
Yes. Every Green Belt participant completes a real-world improvement project that must demonstrate practical application of the tools. You are supported throughout by 1:1 mentorship with one of our Master Black Belts.
